Construction began on this pocket neighborhood in early 2022 in Pullman, WA. It consisted of 9 cottages clustered around a common green and six larger "courtyard homes". A focus on community design and beautiful craftmanship set this award-winning neighborhood apart.
This traditional neighborhood development began construction on it's first home in January 2024. Woodbury is located in Moscow, Idaho and at full-buildout will cover more than 80 acres with 300+, miles of trails, dozens of public amenities and parks, and Woodbury downtown, an exciting neighborhood business zone located at the heart of the development.
This small twelve unit cottage community was inspired by architect Ross Chapin who promoted the idea of pocket newighborhoods. The project was completed in 2021 in Pullman, WA.
